Cancellation Policy: We understand that on occasion you may not be able to make your appointment.
Voila sends out an e-mail 2 days previous and a text 4 hours previous to your appointment at which time you have the opportunity to cancel your appointment. Should you require cancellation less than 4 hours from your appointment or no show, you may be required to pay 20% of the appointment value due. Should this happen on more than one occasion we would inform you that you may be required to e-transfer a deposit of $30 dollars prior to confirming your appointment which would subsequently be applied towards your total cost upon appointment completion.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter as we can’t book someone in your spot on such short notice.
